|Recommended: YesMarjane Sanford Unit 9554 — Love living here is so comfortable and nice maintenance staff is awesome and on time the people in the office are great at getting back to you whatever information you need very beautiful place to live other than parking it's kind of hard when you have more than one vehicle that you need in the lot cuz I'm handicapped and I have other drivers so there's no place for them to park unless it's on the street and holla me down the streets all the way to the end in a wheelchair is not easy for them but other than that it's a lovely place to live and I would recommend you guys five stars

|Recommended: YesResident For Over 4 Years — I have been a resident since 2020. I have had multiple interactions with Erica, the property manager, and Ray, the maintenance manager, throughout the years in my home and all my interactions have been positive. I am very comfortable with Ray when he comes into my home to make repairs. As a single female it is very important that I am my children are comfortable to have maintenance staff in my home. Ray is also very polite, respectful, and knowledgeable when making repairs. Erica is always very friendly and helpful when I contact the office with concerns. I enjoy living at Staley. I definitely would refer this community to my friends and family.
|Recommended: YesLovely — I really enjoy my place, though upon move in quite a few things weren’t looked over and still need to be fixed, parking on the street is a real problem, but other than that beautiful townhomes and wonderful staff

|Recommended: YesWe had the best experience moving in here. It’s only been 3 weeks of living here, but so far so good. I find that the maintenance staff are very friendly and efficient. They also have taken care of every request I have submitted within 24hrs. Also, I have to thank the office manager Erica, she took her time to assist us with finding the perfect place for us. My husband and I love it here.
