|Recommended: YesNice Townhome Community — I have lived here for going on 4 years and have been pleased overall with my experience. The townhome is very nice and spacious. The maintenance guys are always so friendly and complete requests in a timely manner. My only complaint is the lawn service and the snow removal service. The lawns were well maintained until the summer of 2021. This past summer, there were times the grass would get really high before they would mow. The trimming and edging was spotty. I appreciate not having to mow though. Now, the snow removal--when I first moved in, all sidewalks and driveways and the walk right up to my front door were cleared of snow completely. Then a year ago, new management decided to only remove snow on the sidewalks. And when I mean only the sidewalks, they literally scoop the snow right up to the driveway, then walk across the driveway to where the sidewalk starts again before scooping any more snow. They literally will not touch a single inch of your driveway which is ridiculous. If they are wanting to make sure the sidewalks are clear so people don't fall, then they should at least scoop across the driveway. We get rent increases each year, yet services like the lawn and snow have been reduced. We were also promised a pool and fitness center a couple years ago and that has never happened. Would I recommend this place to others Yes, because it is a great value for what we get. No rental place is perfect.
